At Hale Bob, we offer free shipping via UPS ground for orders within the continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, we'll use USPS as the shipping method. If you need your order sooner, you can opt for 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping for an additional charge. We also offer USPS Express International and USPS Global Express for international orders, which may incur additional costs for orders over 6 pounds. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

SALE / HOLIDAY ITEMS

 

During our promotional sales and around US holidays, our order volume is high, so it may take a little extra time to process and ship your items. If you have any questions about placing an order during a sale or holiday, please contact our concierge at concierge@halebob.com to make sure your order will arrive in time for your event.

For transit times, we've listed the usual shipping times below. Keep in mind that during sales, it may take up to 5 days to process your shipment. Also, please note that shipping days are based on business days and don't include weekends.

- Ground: 1-5 Days (may vary)

- 2nd Day: 2 Days

- Overnight: 1 Day

- USPS International: 6-10 Days (may vary)

- USPS Express: 4-6 Days (may vary)

- USPS Global Express: 1-3 Days (may vary)
