For items purchased at full price, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Except in the case of damaged or incorrect shipments all returns to Hale Bob will be paid by the customer.

Free ground shipping from Hale Bob to the customer will be provided in the contiguous United States, Canada & Puerto Rico for an exchange, or in cases where an item is incorrect or damaged. This will apply to the first exchange only.

There are no free returns for refunded orders. If an item is purchased at full price, and you return it between 30-60 days from the date of your purchase, you can return it for a full store credit. No free ground return shipping will be provided.
If an item is purchased using a discount code, but the item was listed at full price, the same rules apply as above. After 60 days, all sales are final.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items unless stated otherwise in promotional materials, can be returned, exchanged or we can offer a store credit, if items are returned according to the specifications shown below, within 30 days of the purchase. We do not pay for return shipping.

If an item is purchased on sale, and is returned between 30-60 days, there are no refunds offered. We can offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase. We do not pay for return shipping.

SALE ITEMS WITH DISCOUNT CODE

If an item is purchased using a discount code, but the item was already on sale, there are no refunds offered. You can return the item within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. We do not pay for return shipping.

After 30 days, all sales are final for any sale item that is purchased using a discount code. We cannot offer an exchange, store credit or return after 30 days from date of purchase of a sale item that is further discounted with a discount code.

For sale items that are purchased at sale price, without the use of a discount code all sales are considered final after 60 days from purchase and are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or return.


SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

In some cases Hale Bob may run special promotions or offers that require returns be made within a set time period. In those cases we will not grant exchanges or refunds. These are typically offers where the customer is allowed to try a product free of charge for a set time period.


PLEASE NOTE:

To qualify for an exchange, refund, or store credit, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, free of defects and accompanied by the original, or a copy of the original sales invoice with a reason for the return written on the invoice.


CLEARANCE ITEMS

If an item is purchased on sale as a clearance item, except in cases where the wrong item was shipped, or a damaged item received, all sales are final and we do not offer returns.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us within 5 working days of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT

To return merchandise for exchange, refund, or store credit simply send items back to Hale Bob at the address found below. 

Repack the item(s) you would like to return neatly.

You must include the original, or a copy of the original invoice, with a reason for the return written on the invoice.

The item/package must be ship marked or post marked within 30 days from original date of delivery to qualify for full refund.

Merchandise returned to us without an invoice will not eligible for refund and may or may not be eligible for exchange, or store credit.

It is best to keep a return/exchange tracking number in the event the package is mishandled or does not arrive within the time allotted by our exchange guidelines.

Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used for the order.

halebob.com can only accept returns or exchanges that were purchased at the halebob.com website we cannot accept returns, nor can we be responsible for items purchased from independent stores or websites.

Hale Bob cannot waive or refund shipping charges for returned merchandise. This means if an entire order is returned, Hale Bob will credit the entire order back minus the full amount for the cost of shipping.

If 3 or more items are returned a restocking fee of 15% will apply.

Please allow at least two billing cycles from the original date of purchase for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
