Returns:
- Hangtags: Must be attached to the item for a full refund.
- Full-Price Items:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, but a return label can be provided for a $6.00 fee within the continental U.S. (USPS for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
- Returns made between 30-60 days are only eligible for store credit, and return shipping is not free.
- Returns are only accepted for purchases made on halebob.com. Items bought from independent stores or websites cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Returnable within 30 days for an exchange or store credit (no free shipping).
- After 60 days, sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Discounted Items:
- Items purchased with a discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days (no refunds, no free shipping).
- After 30 days, discounted items are final sale.
- Clearance Items:
- All sales are final, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
- Exchange Process:
- Return labels are available for exchanges. If used, a $6.00 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Free ground shipping is available for the first exchange within the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed for full-price items returned within 30 days.
- Store credit is issued for items returned after 30 days but before 60 days.
- Refunds will appear on your credit card after two billing cycles (during sales, allow for up to three billing cycles).
- Orders with 3 or more returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
